Due to the nature of digital services, time, tools, and expertise are allocated immediately after payment. Therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

a. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request to legal@qhrsolutions.in.

  • Cancellations must be requested before work has commenced to be eligible for consideration

  • Once a project or monthly service has started, cancellation may result in partial or no refund

  • For recurring services, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle

b. Cancellation by Company

  • Non-payment or repeated payment delays

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.

If a project is canceled after partial completion:

  • Administrative, setup, and resource costs may be deducted
